What would I need to sign in on the helpdesk for?
- FAQ guides will become available to read. They are not shown unless logged in due to security reasons.
- When logging a ticket, it will fill in your email address automatically to avoid mistakes when filling in that field.
- You can open and view any current or previous tickets.
- You can create service requests while logged in
